Listing tours are typically delivered within 48–72 hours of the shoot, because we know the video needs to go live with the listing. Tell us your list date and we'll work backwards from it.
Do your real estate packages include aerial footage?
Most do. Aerial exteriors establish the property, the lot, and the neighbourhood in seconds — especially valuable for acreages, view properties, and new developments around Calgary.
Do you film occupied homes?
Yes. We work around the occupants' schedule, treat the home with care, and frame shots to present the space at its best as it is — staging advice included when it helps the film.
Do you charge travel fees for shoots in Calgary?
No. Most of our team is based in Calgary, so shoots anywhere in the city — downtown, the Beltline, the industrial southeast, or the surrounding communities — carry no travel surcharge.
